Anyone know?
IIRC, I think they said something like 2 weeks prior to the show. But, I don't remember the exact details. 
I sent an email to MusicToday asking if I could get my tickets early because I would be out of town. This was their response:

I was planning on making a roadtrip out of getting to Vegas. They best come before I leave, or I'm going to be LIVID!!!!
I think it's a little too close for comfort.
I'm glad I did Ticketmaster e-Tickets then. I've already got them.
I don't like this either. Ship two weeks before means receipt slightly over one week before, leaving very little time to work out glitches. This only affects my pre-sale purchases (vegas, shoreline). I have already received all of my regular ticketmaster purchases (concord, marysville).
Fingers crossed, prayer flags flying, all will be ok.

I need to get them in time to put them on ebay. I ended up getting better seats through ticketmaster and I don't want to be stuck with an extra set of tix.

I already have my printed tix from TM. . .
But I recall for the R30 tour that my MusicToday tix showed up way earlier than the two weeks they publish at the time of sale. I don't remember exactly when they showed up, but I know that I had similar concerns about travel and worry that tickets would not arrive before my departure. All worry was for naught as tickets arrived in plenty of time. . . I want to say like a month before show date, but I really can't remember. . . I'd say that MT tix are probably going to show up in plenty of time for any reasonable travel plans surrounding show dates. . .

I remember last tour many folks were getting their MT tickets way before the two week thing. I'm hoping it's the same this time around.

Got the email from musictoday that Phoenix tickets are in transit
The Las Vegas tickets can't be too far off from shipping, I would think.......since the shows are a day apart
